There’s nothing sexier than a sexy back (except for an exceptional booty!)… But we’ve already got that covered (see previous blog post “build that booty”) and the combination of the two is the definition of a perfect posterior.


Here are some of my favorite back exercises to do to compliment your beautiful booty and help get you those cute back dimples & sexy back lines you’ve always wanted:


Start off your workout by doing a 500m row to warm up. This will get your back fired up for the workout to follow…


  1. Seated Rows:

3 sets of 30 reps:

15 reps normal grip & 15 reps reverse grip = 30 total


  1. Straight Arm Pull Downs:

3 sets of 15 reps


  1. 1 Arm Straight Arm Pull Downs:

3 sets of 15 reps each arm = total of 30 reps per set


  1. Back Hyper Extensions:

3 sets of 20 reps


  1. Pull Ups (either strict or band assisted):

3 sets of 15 reps


Go as heavy as you can (where applicable) when doing your sets, but make sure it’s not too heavy so that you have to stop half way through your reps.

Light enough to get through all the reps without stopping, but heavy enough for you to feel that burn!
